Mixtura wine

Mix & Mixtura is the personal project of Galician winemaker Gutier Seijo Otero, who spent nearly a decade leading the renowned Dominio do Bibei before launching his own label in 2019. Working across the historic vineyards of northwestern Spain and Portugal, he focuses on reviving forgotten native grape varieties and ancient sites along the Miño and Sil rivers. Crafted with native yeasts and minimal intervention, these soulful wines express place over appellation, blending tradition with a thoughtful, modern approach.
