Ca La Bionda Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

A beautifully traditional Amarone from the heart of Valpolicella Classico. Made using the appassimento method, where grapes are dried before fermentation, this is rich and concentrated without feeling heavy. Expect dried cherry, plum, dark chocolate, sweet spice, tobacco, and a little balsamic lift, with polished tannins and a long, warming finish. Elegant for Amarone, but still full and powerful.
