A more serious, layered expression of Valpolicella from Ca’ La Bionda, made from classic local grapes and farmed organically. The 2022 is generous but still lifted, with red cherry, ripe forest fruit, rose petal, warm spice, dried herbs, and a lightly savoury edge. Silky tannins, fresh acidity, and a mineral/salty finish keep it elegant rather than heavy.
