A striking Tuscan Cabernet Sauvignon from the hills of Panzano in Chianti, the 2021 Balisca is powerful yet beautifully refined. Intense aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar, and Mediterranean herbs lead into a richly structured palate layered with cassis, amarena cherry, and subtle spice. Firm, polished tannins and vibrant acidity provide remarkable balance and aging potential, while a long, elegant finish showcases the precision of this tiny-production Super Tuscan. Only around 1,200 bottles are produced, making Balisca a rare expression of Cabernet Sauvignon in Tuscany.
