Gagliole is a 100% Sangiovese from one of Tuscany's most mythologized corners: the Conca d'Oro (Golden Valley) of Panzano in Chianti, where sun-soaked, ancient pietraforte limestone soils give the grapes an unmistakable depth and mineral tension.
Best served at 18°C, it's a natural companion to bistecca alla fiorentina, slow-braised lamb, wild boar ragu, or aged Tuscan cheeses. It drinks beautifully within 4–6 years of release, though its bones invite patience if you can resist.
