Pedro Parra Bluepit

2021 Bluepit comes from a granite vineyard in Itata and was bottled later to allow the tannins to fully soften. Fermented with whole clusters in concrete and aged two winters in neutral oak, it shows herbal and exotic spice notes with a slightly deeper, grippier profile. With air, it opens beautifully—refined, layered, and quietly powerful. Only 1,200 bottles made.
