Sadie Family Wines Skerpioen

Skerpioen is one of the most distinctive wines in the Sadie lineup — a coastal field blend of Chenin Blanc and Palomino grown just kilometres from the Atlantic on chalky, limestone-rich soils. Intensely saline and mineral, it shows notes of citrus peel, sea spray, oyster shell, wild herbs, and waxy stone fruit. Tense, savoury, and deeply textural, with electric acidity and a long marine finish, this is a striking expression of Swartland terroir.
