Judith Beck lives among her vines in Gols, Burgenland, and it shows in every bottle. Farming biodynamically since 2007, she lets the land speak — and Blaufränkisch has a lot to say. This 2023 is deep ruby and alive: blackberry fruit, red currant, and herbal spice on the nose, with a smooth, supple palate, soft tannins, and a finish that crackles with spice and freshness. Unfined, unfiltered, unapologetically natural. Pair with charcuterie, roasted poultry, or a long table of good food and better company.
